New Home Inspection
There are good reasons to have a professional inspection performed on the brand new home you are buying.
Buying a new house is likely one of, if not the largest purchase decision youll ever make. The whole process is fraught with emotion and stress. A professional home inspection will substantially reduce the risk for your large investment in a new home. It just makes sense to learn as much as you can about the quality of your new home, before signing off on everything.
A new home can be an exciting as well as a confusing and even scary venture, especially for the first timer. That is why House & Home Inspection recommends you engage a Professional Home Inspector to accompany you on your Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of your new home.
There are a lot of items and systems to check and record the servicability of and you will want to accompany the builder representative and ensure all of the decorative items and any special requests and changes have been applied the way you want them. Let me conduct the house-systems inspection and provide you some peace-of-mind that you are getting what your hard-earned money paid for, so you can enjoy your new home.
There are a series of inspections to perform and warranty forms to complete when you purchase a new home in Ontario. These are:
